Versa goes black or to logo screen during exercise mode

When I use the exercise mode, my versa will start recording the exercise, but after some time it does one of three things: goes black and won’t turn back on (even when fully charged), goes to the Fitbit logo and resets, or just goes back to the home screen and stops recording exercise. I found that it has the most problems when using pandora and exercise mode simultaneously. During these times the Fitbit logo shows up and resets. Today I was going on an hour for my exercise and the whole watch shut off and won’t turn back on. It was fully charged this morning. This has been happening on and off for the last 2 months and it’s getting very annoying. My whole reason for buying the Versa was to workout with music and record it at the same time. Please help!

@Lafowens welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it resets by itself and shows the Fitbit logo only.

If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. Make sure to select the instructions for the Fitbit Versa. After this, monitor your watch while using the exercise mode and Pandora in order to see if the issue gets fixed.
