Hi there, can anyone advise re. faulty Versa? Bought in March this year. Put it on charger cradle it boots up, take it off I get logo screen then goes black and non-responsive. I have done a restart via menu settings, and also a reset. After I reset, i got to setting it up and after about 15 mins, back to same symptoms.

Got through to Fitbit support and getting it replaced 👍
