I have the Versa. Randomly it will go to the Set Alarm screen and the back button will not work to go back to the main screen.
This is random. Most times the back button will work without issue. Other times it will continuously go back to the alarm screen until I restart the watch from the settings screen.
What is the warranty?

Hi @Burnside202003, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it goes to the alarms screen by itself and it won't go back to the main screen. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

I am having the same issue. It's random. The side buttons also randomly won't work on some screens. I've restarted the watch, done the factory reset, and cleaned around the buttons. It still happens. I am super frustrated because I love the watch when it's working. Sometimes certain screens come up and freeze and drain the battery too. I'm having to recharge every two days. I just feel like a $200 watch should last longer than two years 🙁

I have followed all steps and the watch worked for about a week.
Now its back to what it was doing before and the back button does not work from time to time.

I am having the same issue as well but is now opening up other apps and not recording steps, heart rate, or sleep patterns anymore? What is going on with the Versa

Mine has gotten worse in just a week. I can't even use the alarm because the screen freezes every time I try to set it. Is FitBit ever going to respond to this?
