Need help please. My trusted and much loved watch has died on me. It's a versa bought in March 2019. Screen is blank, even when I put it on the charger (it was fully charged when it died by the way :-() . No response when pressing the buttons so cannot reset it either. Cannot function without my watch and would appreciate your help.

This just happen to me today.  I had to call support to get a new one.

My Versa has also gone black. I charged it last night and it came on when i put it on this morning but now nothing. I tried the reset and it still wont come on.
