I charged my Versa last night and this morning I started having issues with the screen. It was either completely dark or I could make out a little blur. It was like the display was fading. The device was still syncing to the app on my phone so I continued to wear the watch. Right before lunch, I felt my wrist was warm. I touched my watch and it was hot. I immediately took the watch off and it continued to stay hot for about an hour. The watch has since cooled down but it is completely dead. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Hi @ToySS , read some topics about this problem. We users can not solve this problem, it's a hardware issue, so contact Customer Support asap. Do not put your Versa in the charger meanwhile, regards kuzibri
