Versa got hot and will not turn on or charge

I took my Versa off when I took a shower. When I was done and went to put it back on it was hot and would not do anything. After reading all the other forums I did not place it on the charger and let it cool down to see if that would work since I did just come from outside where it is over 100 degrees. And still nothing. I have been waiting to talk to an agent via live chat for support for over 30 minutes. Can anyone help me out?

This has also happened to me.

I left my versa on charge over night.

In the morning it was hot to touch with a bright green screen.  Have left it of the charger for 3 days and it will not turn on.  When I press the button I just get either the green screen again or a flash of light then nothing.

  Versa is only 6 months old. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated
