My Versa got slightly wet with the hose 4-5 days ago. I have noticed the past three days that it has tracked well over 200 minutes of exercise. As much as I would love for that to be accurate, it is not. Anyone else with this issue?

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, monitor your Versa for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I have just come on holiday been for a swim, now my Versa which is brand new is stuck on 27 laps over 6hours and 7 mins and still running. I can’t get another screen up - any suggestions??! Please very frustrated

@Mitchymoo1 thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! Regarding the unresponsive screen of your Versa, please restart it as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, check out if your Versa works properly.
