Versa gps stuck to " connecting"

My versa does not track my route. It has before, I think an update on my Samsung S8 messes things up. I gave tried out all options on this forum to solve it. No luck. Routes from last week were there, but do not load anymore after the update (see picture). Bike routes have been an issue also before the update. Today in my run it kept showing the "connecting" status. Just would like it to work!

I have been having the same issue, just stuck connecting but never connects.
