Hi..

When i woke up in the morning,the green light wasnt blinking on my Versa. I did the factory reset. Unistalled installed fitbit on my phone. But still its not working. Pls help

I am sorry to hear your Versa stopped detecting your heart rate and the green light is not blinking.
