turned the heart rate on and off, switched my versa off. Try resetting it (do sync it first). ... None of these worked for me, but hoping you’ll have better luck. I have now sent Fitbit an email. If you do manage to get it to work, I would very much appreciate if you could let me know!

Best AnswerCall them. It happened to me twice now since June. They make you reset it and go through troubleshooting which was pain but when that doesnt work they send you a new one. I just had to do that with my second one yesterday.
Best AnswerCall them. After troubleshooting and they'll do a factory reset. Then for me that still didn't work. So they will send you out a brand new versa. I got my versa in June and last night they are sending me my second one from having the green light stop. So I'll be on my third versa since June.
