Versa - green light on but not recording heart rate

Hi

I have a fit bit versa - have had for a while with no issues, but lately there is a constant green light on the back but no heart rate being tracked at all.  Just showing --BPM

Have turned watch on and off (many times), and have turned the heart rate option on and off on the watch as well.

Hi @Kristietregs , have you updated your Versa to the newest Firmware Version 70.7.14? If yes, this might be the problem, cause this newest update ruined a lot of Versa's. If your Versa is still under warranty, contact customer support, regards kuzibri
