Versa green lights are not working

Hi, the green LED light is not working for me either and is not tracking heart rate or sleep.  I've tried turning on and off the heart tracking through settings.  I've also tried restarting and shutting down the versa several times.  Finally i tried the factory reset and nothing happened.  I've used it successfully for almost a year and all of a sudden it stopped working properly.  I've also tried using it on my other wrist but it doesn't work.  Help please.

The heart rate monitor on my Versa has also stopped working

I am having the same issue. The LED sensors on my Versa no longer work; I can’t read my BPM. I have restarted the device and I’ve done a factory reset. I have tried toggling the heart rate on/off in settings. I have done everything suggested to troubleshoot. Please advise.
