Versa green lights don't turn off when the watch is off

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I understand the green lights are to blink and whatnot. I also understand that if you shutdown your versa they should also turn off.

Tonight, my green light came on solid and will not turn off. I have burned through 10% battery in 20 minutes. When I shut the device down, it stays on solid.

I cannot seem to resolve this.

Help!

Many thanks for your help, the lady provided me with return label and promised to send me a replacement. Over the moon. How long it might take to troubleshoot and get it back? Will I get any updates about it from us during the whole process?

Hi! Can you please help me? I'm really frustrated. Fitbit got my versa
delivered on Monday 24.08. I found out today that's still in the warehouse
after 7 working days. Was promised it will be passed to the right team on
Friday, today still in the warehouse. How long it will take to get it back
! Its ridiculous, especially that all the same I hear promises it will be
moving forward while nothing is happening. Help!

Hi there,

I have the same problem as the rest of the people in this thread. A week and a half ago my HR light turned solid green and will not go away. No matter what I do, whether it's turned off, restarting or factory reset, it will not turn off.

A result of this is my battery is absolutely plummeting. I charged it last night to 100% at 11pm and by 7am it was on 9%... Usually my battery last for 3 days.

My zone minutes for the day are also at 705mins, which is extremely inaccurate (much to my dismay).

I have had Fitbit products for over 6 years now and never experienced this problem. Two of my family members both have the same Versa 1 as me and they have not experienced the same issues. I would love to know why this has just started to happen...
