Versa had suddenly become glitchy

Have had my versa for over a year. Sure it has had some syncing issue on and off throughout the year, but that's been the only issue ever. 3 days ago, it suddenly started to be glitchy. The touch screen hasn't been working, it is sending an auto response to conversations that I did not actually do. I have tried restarting it many times and nothing has changed. I attempted to do a factory reset, and it doesn't seem to actually do a factory reset at all, it gets to the point, the Fitbit icon flashes, I release the bottom right button, but then it does nothing after that, no vibration or anything. And I know it's not working because I paid for a clock face, and it's still there, not factory reset. And the screen looks like it's trying to switch between the swipe left screen where your settings and apps are and the clock face, it then stays stuck between the two screens. I can't even see my steps or heart rate on my clock face without the touch screen working properly. I can not scroll through settings to do anything as the touch screen isn't working. My app seems normal, and the syncing with phone seems slow, but normal, I do at least have readings on my phone app.

Hi @KMenello  It seems the button factory reset doesnt work any more, so the only way to donit is via the settings app on the watch. Can you navigate there? If not, there is really nothing more you can do except contact Support (link in my signature) and see what they say. Sorry I am not more help.
