Good Morning,
My fitbit was working fine yesterday. I went to sleep and some time during the night the screen just went blank. It would vibrate every few minutes instead of just at the 50 minute mark.
I've tried restarting it several times and setting it on its charger and nothing. Have any of you experienced this and if so, what was your solution?

One more thing you can try before you need to contact Support (link in my signature ). Try a factory reset using the buttons. Let us know if that fixes it (or not)
FACTORY RESET USING BUTTONS
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time, or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.
If the device turns on, please go back to the Fitbit app and setup your device back to your account with these steps. Make sure your watch is plugged into a wall plug or a computer, next to the router and that there are no other trackers or devices with Bluetooth on nearby when setting up. Please log into your account, go to account on the upper right corner, there look for "setup a device" and tap on it. Follow the instructions on the screen and let the watch charge for 2 hours.

Mine had the same thing happen which ended up needing to be replaced. Sadly I am still waiting for the replacement to arrive and now they are estimating another two business days making it 12...very unprofessional shipping methods..

this is quite clearly a fault with the Versas because I have the same problem and I have read 7 different people have had the same different issue over the last few weeks. I would push for a replacement on the fact that this seems to be a latent defect with the device. Hope you get one.

How unfortunate. I got mine sometime in April or may of 2019 and mine has recently started doing the same thing. The time will sometimes flash for a split second when I press the button but the screen just goes black. I’ve tried a factory reset and now it just keeps restarting itself. How disappointing that a $200 watch lasted barely over a year.
