I purchased a Versa and there is a gold border on the screen. Have tried changing the clock but it stays on the screen. Any suggestions?

Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track.
