My Versa has a red light on the back that won’t go off.  I have tried syncing it a few times.  The time is wrong too. 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:

Hi there, @Cabogal8. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the red light on the back of your Versa that won't go off.

As a first approach, I'd like to share with you that the red light on the back of your watch is used to track your EOV while sleeping. However, if the red light stays on even after you wake up and sync your Versa, I recommend confirming if your heart-rate tracking is turned on: on your device, open the Settings app > Heart Rate > tap to turn the setting On. For more information about tracking heart rate, see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

My fitbit has a red light and not detecting my heart rate.  I have turned the heart rate off and on, restarted my watch and tried manually syncing and nothing seems to work.
