Versa has a big red x and says data not cleared sync and try again. My phone keeps saying tracker not found. I live chatted with Fitbit 3 times. They have sent case to solution specialist. Versa only 3 months old help anyone.

I have been trying to sync since Sunday. They told me to remove versa and set up again. Now set up has not finished properly and my versa is not working just has the versa symbol or red x message. My bluetooth cant detect it so the set up is not complete and my firmware wont update. It's very frustrating.

You say that there is a red X and data is not cleared. It would really help us answer if we knew what you where trying to do when the red X appeared.

I still have no idea what this red X message is, I only saw it once when I was clearing data?
As for removing the tracker, I would love to know why keeping s suggesting this, doing this will almost guarantee to add problems.
When you say the Bluetooth can not detect @C-B I'm not sure what you mean? The bluetooth on the phone is not used when setting up a Fitbit tracker.
Normally I would remove the tracker from the phones bluetooth, restart both the tracker and the phone. If still won't sync log out of the Fitbit app and log in.
I assume the help doc has already been looked at.

Still curious to the phone model the problem us with.

They could not fix. My warranty covered a replacement. I am just waiting for it too arrive in the mail. Thanks Fitbit
