My Versa has a white screen that starts out the whole screen then slowly fades to a small circle then goes away but comes back every time. I have tried to reset and it still is not working. Plus I keep having to unlock with my phone. Any advise

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if the issue get fixed.
