My Versace was factory reset, when I turn it on it’s telling me to download app, I have done this and when I try to set up a new device it goes so far as giving me the code but then nothing on my phone to put the code into, it just goes back to main screen... help

Problem solved now, I ended up calling fitbit support
The issue was with the android phone i was using not being totally compatable.
I had to log in to my fitbit from another phone (i used a friends iphone) and setup the fitbit
then once i logged back into fitbit on my android, it was all good.
some minor errors with syncing but at least the fitbit is functioning now
