My Versa 2 limited edition was on this morning but it seems to have turned itself
off. When checking the app it is trying to sync to my mobile abs battery is showing at 65% charge. How can I get my Versa to work again

My Fitbit isn’t syncing to my phone for the steps. Only shows my food and water that I’ve put into an app that also syncs with my Fitbit. Battery charge is still showing as 65%

Hi @MummaHaynes77 - if your watch will sync, IE. the steps increase in the Fitbit App after you have used it a bit and the battery level has changed from 65% then the watch is working.
There can be 3 problems,
double tap the screen and immediately swipe the watch face to the left, if the launch icons appear its a clock face fault, find the clocks icon and tap on it and change the clock face.
if nothing happened it could be a faulty screen.
If you restart the watch How do I restart my Fitbit device? it might not be operational afterwards or it might recover and you will see the Fitbit Logo. if the logo doesn't appear then it is faulty.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you with a deeper resolution.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur

Thanks for your help yesterday, it seemed my Fitbit didn’t charge properly the last time I did it on Wednesday and was dead! After I left it, it charged properly and synced to my phone again
