Versa has condensation inside the heart rate sensor

Yesterday my versa screen went black whilst wearing it (I had put a new clock face on a few hours before ) at work so no water involved … is this the end ???

It’s charging (not getting hot when charging), syncing to my iPhone (battery showing full after charging)  and the alarm went off this morning as normal but a black screen. I’ve noticed condensation in the lights at the back (except the green light that is still working) so is currently is a tub of rice 😂. Any suggestions please ??

Hi there, @NJWASHY. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa. I understand where your concern is coming from.

As for the blank screen, I'd recommend restarting your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face once again. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Regarding the condensation inside the heart rate sensors, did putting your watch into dry rice for a day work?

Thanks for your response. The day in rice worked but the black screen still remains and this morning not syncing so I assume battery has died since a full charge yesterday; time to get a new one me thinks 😀

@NJWASHY Thanks for the details provided in your last post. I'm sorry the screen still remains blank.
