Versa has developed a yellow edge on the screen

Hi there

 

I have a bright yellow edge on my Versa screen down the right side for a couple of months it just appeared out of nowhere. I have restart my Versa quite a few times and have changed the watch face just now did a factory reset. Now it will not sync with the app this is something new. Not to mention it just has the logo on the screen with many different languages. I even updated the Fitbit app. Not sure what else to do. 

 

Please please can you assist me. I love my fitbit watch and cannot afford a new one at all. I was retrenched. I cannot live without it.

Hi there

Thank you for your email and I await further feedback from you.

Please see attached an image of my screen. It's still not responding back
to a clock face and the yellow edge did not disappear.
