I upgraded to a Fitbit Versa, after seeing my boyfriend's. He has the same model of phone as me (Google Pixel 2) and is able to pay using his Fitbit.
My new fitbit does not have the wallet option. It has NFC pay (it says so next to the heart rate monitor) but there's no wallet option on the app for me to add a card. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded, and also disconnected the Fitbit and reconnected. The Fitbit is apparently the latest version, it just doesn't make sense why it won't work.
