Versa has not been able to resync since last week

My Fitbit Versa has not been able to resync since last week. I have since tried to do a factory reset and still no improvements. 
I have tried to connect my phone also via Bluetooth but is not finding the Fitbit to connect despite trying to switch the phone on and off including the Bluetooth

I am having the similar issue with my Versa. Until last night, everything was fine. Now. I don't get text notification and WhatsApp notification vibrations. My phone and the app are updated. I have tried, reinstalling the app on my iPhone 7, restarting my phone and the Fitbit, double checking notifications and other recommended steps from the forum. It is still not working.

Hi @Ninja94  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.

I am currently using the new Huawei Pro 30. It was working fine about 2 weeks ago 

 

Since trying to do the factory reset I have not been successful in coming off the screen of downloading the app on my app store.

 

Could it be worth me going to the shop it was brought and exchang for a new one?
