Versa has not synced in 3 hrs

Versa has not synced in 3 hrs.  Wont update apps.  Not receiving notifications

@Tommie2 may I ask what type of device that your having problems syncing through?

I am having syncing problem as well. I have Samsung galaxy s9

@AQuillen try clearing the Fitbit apps Cache.

For me it comes is phone settings- Apps - Fitbit - Storage - , Clear Cache

 Then restart phone. 

You might need to Google it.
