Versa has quit logging heartbeat, steps, and sleep

Yesterday my Versa quit logging my heartbeat and sleep, and the steps on the Versa do not show up on my phone app. How do you turn off the Versa and restart it?

Mine isn’t working either- it stopped yesterday. 

I wonder if there is something glitchy. I was also getting notifications that I had new messages- but I never did.

Fitbit Versa heart rate has stopped and it is not showing hourly steps in app nor is it showing sleep, was working fine until 2 days ago

I found this on a Google search so I reset and as of now it is once again showing heart rate, I did not have to use the charging cable to do this reset

  1. Connect the Fitbit Versa to the charging cable.
  2. Hold all 3 buttons for about 15 seconds, until the Fitbit logo appears.
  3. When the Fitbit logo disappears release the Bottom Right button, then keep holding the Left and Top Right button until you feel a strong vibration.

Worked.  Thanks.  But, did not put in charger so I could get to thebuttons.

I read how to restart on the forum and decided to try it. One only has to hold the left button and bottom right until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen.  It worked for now my steps and heartrate are showing up both on the Versa and my phone app. Tonight we'll see if it records my sleep once more as it did not last night. Thank you for your suggestion also, yet I learned one only has to press the two buttons, not all of them. It appears that the Versa software must've had a glitch yesterday considering how many others were affected by it also. I did see that they were doing a maintenance on a message when scrolling through everything, trying to figure out what it was yesterday. Perhaps their maintenance screwed it up for many of us.
