Versa has registered that I am sleeping when I am not

Several times now my Versa has registered that I am sleeping when I am not.  On each of these occasions I have been sitting in an upright position doing schoolwork or watching television. Yesterday afternoon I was reading and was registered asleep for 1 hour and 13 minutes even though I was sitting and turning pages at the time. I am not wearing my Fitbit incorrectly, so I know this is not the issue.

@PattyBrooks This is normal if your breathing and heart rate slow down and nears the resting HR for at least an hour. Just delete the log and you will be good to go. 🙂
