And Fitbit support argues with me today that because I logged a mobile run / walk, I had caused it to overlap and that’s why it didn’t work. I logged a mobile walk because the Versa hadn’t logged after an hour of walking. She couldn’t get her head round the fact that I had already walked for an hour and it hadn’t recognised anything. I asked what happened to my walk today and she couldn’t answer and agreed it should have logged. They said they will escalate to higher tier support but I’ve heard nothing. I’m disappointed as this just feels like a very expensive step counter now
Best AnswerI did my first treadmill workout with my new versa on Tuesday with no problems. Thursday and today I started a new treadmill workout, hit the start button, and found that it recorded nothing during my workout. It still shows that my only workout was the one logged last Tuesday. I’m so frustrated!!!
