Since about 3pm yesterday (UK time) my Versa has stopped sending heart rate/calories/sleep data from my device to the app - I have contacted Fitbit and have been told that there is an issue affecting all Fitbit users with the same problem - is this true? Is anybody else having the same problem?

I would like to confirm that we are performing maintenance and all services should be back up shortly. Do you still experience any issues with syncing your data?
