Versa has stopped showing my sleep stages

My Versa has stopped showing my sleep stages and is only showing my basic sleep pattern. I have done nothing different and it has done it for nearly two weeks now. I have followed all instructions for how it gets the sleep stages but it's still not working.

Ahh yes, then thats the problem. Is the Versa giving you Heart Rate readings on the actual watch? Is it just not recording in the app (it needs to get to the app to get sleep stages)? If it is recording and showing on the watch but not the app, then uninstall the app, reinstall it and log back in and see if HR starts recording 

If you are getting no readings on your Versa, go to the settings app on your watch and check that Heart Rate is turned on. If it is already on, turn it OFF and restart the Versa several times, then go back and turn it on and see if it is now working.

Hi @frenchie11 What have you done to try and rectify the situation? Have you restarted the Versa several times? Restart your tracker

Yes I've reset it numerous times, tried restarting the app. Cleaning the watch. Wearing it tighter..

Is the green light on the back flickering rapidly, and are you getting consistant Heart Rate recordings through the night?

Also it might be worth tryjng a Factory Reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About)

Oh no, I have just seen my heart rate hasn't logged at all in the last 2 weeks! This must be the problem! Do you know how I can fix this? The green light is flickering.
