my Versa has stopped showing texts and emails.  How do I relink these with my phone?

What finally worked was turning off bluetooth on the phone, closing
Fitbit, waited 10 seconds, turned bluetooth back on and synced fitbit
again.

I have same problem, but have tried everything and nothing has worked. Live chat couldn't even get it to work I'm so frusterated
