My Versa has worked great until recently. It stopped working in the middle of the night. It no longer tracks my heart rate, my active minutes, and my sleep because of the heart rate. I have reset it may times. Turned the heat rate feature on and off. I have also done a factory reset twice. Nothing has worked. Now where the flashing green light usually is on there is a solid red light. Please help!

That sounds like all the troubleshooting you can attempt for that issue. I'd suggest you to get in touch with Customer Support!
