I’m having same issue with my sleep tracking —hasn’t worked in two nightspots

Mine won’t tell me in the app what my current heart rate is or how I slept the past two nights either.

I turned off my phone and now it seems to be working

I've turned off my phone, my watch - restarted everything - still not tracking sleep properly.

Mine just started.... not tracking sleep or active minutes.  Ugh!  I've only had it for a few months.  So frustrating!

Same here and I've tried all of the intelligent troubleshooting - would like a Fitbit employee to explain how these features can just stop working...thanks.

Hi there, make sure you log this with support and ensure they keep working with you. I believe this is a software not a hardware problem as my tracker worked perfectly until there was a software update. Since then, it is a watch that is also a pedometer and very little more.
