I have had my Versa since August 17, 2020 and have been successfully tracking my sleep, heart rate, and activity ever since.
It suddenly stopped tracking my sleep details on December 7th and has stopped tracking my heart rate as of this morning.
The other funny thing it did was it would not clear a text message that had come in so I let the battery die. This finally cleared the text message notification.
I didn't buy this smartwatch just to tell time so I'm hoping these issues are fixable.

Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution.
