Within the past week my versa has stopped vibrating and showing texts. I have checked all settings and there were no changes.

@Keljb13 You can try what @NellyG suggested. Restarting your Fitbit is a great option in case that your Fitbit Versa gets stuck. You can also check some other troubleshooting steps for text notifications here: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
@Kkeglar Thanks for trying to restart your Versa. I noticed that you already have a case open for this issue with our support team. They will be taking care of you.

Same here.. well, I'm getting notifications but mine no longer vibrates. Not even for the alarm or timers. It happened after the update.

Hi @Kkeglar @Keljb13 Please try restarting your Versa several times. If that doesnt help try a Factory reset (settings App on the watch and scroll down to About). Ifbtje problems persist, please come back here.

I have restarted it 3 times and also did a factory reset and it's still not vibrating for anything.
