Versa has turned off and won’t turn back on!!

I’ve had my Versa 6-7 months and it’s been brilliant, I charged it before bed and it was on 100%. This morning it won’t turn on!! I checked my app and it switched it self off after midnight!  The sensor lights are not flashing, nothing happens if I put it back on charge and it doesn’t turn on!!!! 

 

Help!!!!!

Mine is doing the same thing this morning and I dont Know what to do?? 😞

I wonder if it’s a motherboard problem as I’ve noticed a lot are not working today and all the same issue. I’ve spoken to technical support and mine is still in warranty so I’m getting my fixed.

I don’t have any advice except to contact Fitbit and see if they can resolve your issue.

I actually Did a reset and it seemed to fix the problem

Oh good!!
It wouldn’t work on mine, I tried everything.
I’m now lost without my Fitbit 😕
