Versa has vertical stripes across the screen

Yesterday my versa **ahem** down suddenly. I thought maybe battery was empty but I Just charges it that evening before.. So I put in on the charging device.. Thuis morning I startend it. 100% it says. But then the screen was like working with Black vertical stripes.. Hard to see whats in it. So I thought reset.. But the same.. Then I put it to factory settings, after restarting stil vertical stripes only now only the dotted square in my screen and i think chineese signs so now I am so lost.. Lost without my versa:-(

 

Please save me. It is a versa from june 2018.. I bought it through a online store. Wished I didn't done that, now I have nowhere to turn to.. Van you please help me?

That's good. One of our two that died had 95% battery and the other one had 74% before swimming and went completely dead after exiting the pool. You probably have a good one.

I also have same problem and I to did all this procedure Rest my versa Added software again Dead battery then recharge to 100% Still it shows a vertical white line on the right side where there are 2 buttons

Our two versas did this after we took them swimming before they both died completely. Hope this doesn't happen for you.

 

Swimproof. Ha ha ha. Yeah right.

I did swim with it several times. But my battery also went from 99% to 0% within 3 hours..

I contacted my supplier, they reacted by saying that I should contact Fitbit support amd so I did. I stille don't have a clue why it crashed. I Just know that I truly like fitbit and thanks to fitbit support I am now back on track.

my versa has these stripes running down the screen on the right side making it very difficult to read.what can be done to fix it.

Nothing I send it back... And under warrantee I received a New one

I have the same problem. Restarting it isn’t working - maybe I’m not doing it right. If someone could help that would be great 🙂
