after a run the display on watch was flipping continuously to different screens.  The time was off and would catch up.  I turned the watch off and it continued to do this.  Put it on the charger, the screen went black and now won't work at all.

Hi,

I have the same issue. And I am unable to even get in touch with a support team. I have been in queue for a live chat twice now and both times after 15minutes I get a message saying it was lovely speaking with you - when I never even connected. Please help.

I feel your pain 😞 there is no email or phone options, you can either keep trying the live chat (took me 3 tries to figure out I had to keep my phone active and monitor every second for my turn to ensure I didn’t miss the chat), or it appears that you can tweet at them - I did not try twitter. So frustrating!!! Especially when it’s product quality, not my error (but all my money). They do not care when 1 year from your original purchase date is up.

I know right. Like why is there water condensation when you say its water friendly? that makes no sense.

Omg same!! They said since you are loyal we can give you 25% off and I am like no, thank you.

This weekend was literally the first time I wore it in water, being mindful of the 50m limit, and are you really telling me the watch is incapable of surviving that much water?

It took me so long to get in touch with them and then they take a holy above ground approach by offering a 25% off and not acknowledging the problem is with the device. If the device is not so water resistant, then say it. Do not give us false promotions. I would have removed my watch before stepping into the pool :/.
