Versa has white glow all edges after update

After doing the recent firmware update i now have a white edge around all screens - almost like the display area has shrunk - i have restarted & done factory reset multiple times but still the same - am using a fitbit clock but changing makes no difference - it is every screen anyway - watch was fine until i did update??

Spoke to the fitbit service people and they were very very helpful - turns out the watch is defective and they are happy to replace 😁😀😄
