My Versa hasn’t recorded my sleep for the past couple of nights or my heart rate for that matter. A friend is also having the same issue. Is there a bug in the system? And how do we fix it?

Hi @Dweezil43, welcome to the community.
Have you confirmed that your Versa has HR tracking turned on? You can do that by following the steps here.
You may also want to give your Versa a restart, the steps can be found here.
Hopefully this will solve your problem with sleep tracking.
