Hello,
I bought a Fitbit Versa from my friend. It was 90% charged. I did a factory reset and switched off the device. I havent been able to power it on. I tried charging from computer or wall socket. It does nothing.
I tried 3 button hold for upto 5 minutes. I did 12 second back and down button as well. I have not been able to switch it on or charge it. When I connect to charging cradle, it shows nothing.
When I connect to windows computer, the computer detects USB device but then disconnects it and says device not recognized. This goes on and on in loop.
In macbook, I see following,
