Versa having trouble to connect and sync information.

I currently have a Fitbit versa and for the first couple of months I really liked it, but it seems like three months in and the connection during my run is lagging so that I can’t see what my distance is and my pace isn’t accurate. I’m also having recent issues getting it to upload to strava when it used to work just fine.. this all appears to be a new issue. I really want to make it work, but am getting tempted to make the switch to Garmin due to the unreliability of the tracking only three months in. 😞

First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in the response. I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, if your watch is still lagging when showing information or when syncing, please let us know. 

 

When it comes to Strava, the issue seems to be related to the lag in the information getting synced to the app so please try the steps provided earlier and let us know in case you need further assistance.
