Hi,
I see the Heart Rate Monitor is an issue for a lot of us. Is getting a replacement the only way to finally be done with this issue? I've tried restarting my Versa, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, going to settings and unchecking heart rate then rechecking it. I got it working yesterday for about an hour or so but BPM never went above 70 and I was walking for about 40 minutes. Please help!

Hi @Char831, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa has experienced heart rate tracking issues. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a replacement unit was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
