Hi all, is anyone else experiencing problems with the heart rate on Versa? For some reason from 8pm last night it’s recording me as 165bmp minimum and tracking cardio all through my sleep and even today sitting on the couch! I’ve tried turning it on and off and charging it, and also made my fiancé wear it to make sure it wasn’t just me! Please help it’s only 4 months old. Thanks!
For about a week now I’ve been in “active minutes” even just sitting still. Until today. Now I can’t get a hr at all. Called last week and they said it’s an app issues they’re working on, not the device. Seems like they’re giving that line as a standard before replacing since it’s a known problem. But as of now my versa is pretty much an expensive pedometer.
