Hi!
Since the last update my Versa tracks my heart rate WAY too high, so high that my heart rate has never even reached those numbers. Due to this, it is not tracking my sleep properly and the battery is draining super fast. I have already tried reseting it and have also tried turning off and on again the heart rate monitor in settings, problem persists. I have tried every solution provided in these forums and nothing helps, i'm pretty sure it is a software problem that came with the last update.
I cannot return it because I have had it for over a year and bought it in the USA, I now live in Argentina.
Please provide me with a solution because my fitbit is in perfect conditions.

Hi @noesannn, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is providing high heart rate readings, making your sleep data inaccurate and the getting the battery drained fast. I totally understand how you feel about this since it can be returned as you now live in Argentina. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try a factory reset. To do so, follow the steps below:
After this, follow the steps listed in this help article which are helpful in order to improve the accuracy of your heart rate readings.
Also, try the tips included in this help page in order to improve the battery life your watch.
Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it provides accurate heart rate, sleep readings and the battery doesn't drain too fast.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I did this but it did not fix my heart rate issue. still reading way higher than my normal, won't track my sleep and killing my battery in about 3 days where it used to be 5-6 days. 😞

Hi, thanks for your reply.
I did all of this and it did not work, it actually made things worse. After the factory reboot my heart rate monitor STOPPED working completely, it now does not show a heart rate at all and the battery drains in one day without eve using it!
Please give me a REAL solution because I spent a lot of money on the watch and am very disappointed.
Fitbit should release an update fixing all of these issues because clearly I am not the only user to face them.
