Versa heart rate & battery problems

The last view days my Versa has trouble finding my heartbeat (I'm still here though). My heart rate takes hours sometimes to show. And after recharching my battery will die in 1/1,5 day. This seems to have started after a update, but I'm not completely sure. I've tried every selfsupport step that I could find. Somebody else with these problems?

I have had nothing but issues since the update.

Does Fitbit follow these messages? I couldn't find a support page to message them directly. Instead I found this community.

Charged to 100% In less than 2 hours charge at 90% and heart rate still at 122

Same issue with battery since last week. Used to get 3-4 days. Now I get 1.5 - 2.

After contacting fitbit support twice they say my battery is bad and they will send me a replacement watch

Afraid that's the direction I'm headed. Not looking forward to having to
mail the old one in and wait 5 weeks for a replacement. Seems like lots of
people have issues with replacements they received too. Regret buying this.
Won't make the mistake of buying another Fitbit ever again. Nothing but
problems. I get, all products have issues from time to time but so many
people are having issues, it's clear that this product was not ready for
prime time.
