Hi,
Last night at the gym I noticed the heart rate wasnt working. I done loads of wipes and changed the wrist and it worked temporarily.
Last night it didnt log sleep, it wont pick up my heart rate and the lights at the back are completely picking up no skin contact. No matter what I do they are blank.
I have reset 100 times, maybe not literally but not far of it and I have set back to factory settings, uninstalled the versa to my phone and done a full re-setup.
Do I just contact fitbit again?

@SunsetRunner
Having said you have done all diagnostics reinstall etc., it looks like....
.....it's time to contact support: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs
When you did the full reinstall & setup did you 1st manually unpair in Bluetooth the Versa then turn off and not restart your phone? Restarting does not always clear the app & Bluetooth cache 100%.

I had the same thing happen to me. After an update the heart rate monitor and sleep tracking doesn't work any more. Please let us know if/how you got yours fixed.

Hiya,
I contacted them using the live chat and explained I had done all the above steps to try and fix and they sent me a link for a new replacement which they will send out.
Although a replacement is fab this is my 4 replacement on my versa, twice the screen lost full sensitity and I couldnt use it and this is the second time the heart monitor has stopped working. I think they are just not fit for purpose.
Due to them always breaking I thought I would take them up on their offer for 50% off a new device but then realised they wont let me redeem it on the versa 2 and I would have to buy the iconic which I am not willing to pay all that money on for built in GPS.
I think when this watch pops its clog, which it will eventually, I will be buying a garmin or some other brand. Sad after 6 years with fitbit.

Hi @SunsetRunner
Totally hear you on this. Today my Garmin Forerunner 245 arrived. I'm here config set it up 'getting used to it' with Versa 1 on one wrist Garmin on the other. I'm all fitness trackered out here!
I did not want to leave FitBit. When push comes to shoved and 'you try to help others from being in same position as I am in now' you only ask so many times before you realise - your loyalty has been tested enough & once too often.
After Blaze, Surge, Ionic & Versa1 difficulties there was no way I was going to risk Versa2.
I know the user manuals & workarounds for all he FitBits I have ever owned and I am not tech support. No end user of any product should need to know that much data & information on any device they own unless you are expected to fly the **ahem**ed thing! NASA Space shuttle is less complicated than owning & 'piloting' a FitBit! RIP FitBit Versa - you served me well - when you worked!
