Versa heart rate & step counting not showing on watch

Hi Al, anyone else have an issue with their Versa not registering heart rate or step count,  it on the app it is? I've tried restarting the versa, updating via WiFi (no joy) via Bluetooth (no joy) but still no luck. Its been like it all week. Any help or guidance you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same issue. It started this morning. No heart rate and it says undefined instead of step count.

I selected a new clock face on my app and it started working. We will see how it goes.

Hi, I’m having this issue too. Watch says undefined for steps. I’ve tried resetting. They are there on the app.
