I received the Versa as a gift in May 2019. I love it and it worked great until about Mid-July. At that time, it stopped tracking my heart rate and the sensor lights are not working. Then two weeks ago, the battery began draining quickly. Before a charge would last 4-5 days, and now it will only last 1 day if that. I didn't make any changes to the Versa settings or on the app during this time so am not sure why the battery started going so quickly.
For the sensors/heart rate issue, I tried turning off heart rate, synching, performing a restart and turning on heart rate and synching. I performed the restart several times. I also did a factory reset today. I'm using the default clock face. The sensors still don't light up.
For the battery issue, I've followed the charging instructions and also the tips to extend battery life. It will still not hold a charge. Tips I followed: brightness is on auto, turned off notifications, don't use any other apps, using default clock face, among others.
Thanks
